Produced from Ayvalık’s finest olives. With high tones of fruity and grassy aroma, it is moderately piquant. Olive oil produced from olives harvested when still green is called early harvest. Brackish water, pulp and oil from olive is separated under 27 degrees. Stored at 18-22 degrees for 365 days (in specially air conditioned environment), by removing contact with oxygen (oxygen is removed by pumping argon gas into tanks), in chrome-steel tanks. Filled into bottles upon order. This allows it to preserve its freshness and aroma long after production.
